The Columbus Fire team worked directly with Arrow to configure a module and chassis combination that would suit their needs, and customized the graphics package to match their other vehicles. And to fit their urgent timeline, we shifted Columbus's truck up the production line and delivered their new ambulance quickly, without the long lead times and complex buying process typically found when buying a new ambulance through a dealer.
